4- Production (1 to 3 days): Upon approval of your design, we swiftly transition into production mode, a process that typically spans 1 to 3 days. . 

5- Final Steps & Shipping: After the production phase, your order undergoes meticulous preparation for shipping. For specific details regarding delivery times, kindly consult our Shipping Policy.

Can I see the design before purchasing?

Because our designs are drawn by hand, we do not provide previews before orders are placed. 

Nevertheless, we do provide unlimited revisions and will only dispatch your product once it has been approved (if preferred). This approach ensures your complete satisfaction with the end product.

What's the turnaround time?

1- Design Preview (2-4 days): Upon placing your order, our designers promptly commence their work. Within 2-4 days, you'll receive an email presenting your design (Optional). Feel free to take your time reviewing it.

2- Production (1-3 Business Days): After receiving approval, we swiftly transition into production mode, a process that typically spans 1 to 3 days.

3- Shipping (4-8 Business Days or Faster): Once production is finished, your product is securely packaged and dispatched for shipping. Normally, shipping duration spans 4 to 8 business days; however, expedited shipping options are available during checkout for faster delivery.

What if I want don't like the design?

Do you only draw pets and couples?

We handle all designs! Our exceptionally skilled team has extensive experience working on a wide array of projects, including couples, families, pets, artistic tattoos, and landscapes.

Can I include facial expressions or tattoos as well?
Facial expressions are intricate details that can be very challenging to execute, sometimes compromising the overall quality of the artwork. Therefore, it's often best to avoid incorporating facial expressions. However, regarding tattoos, it's possible. You can leave a note for us to include them in the design.

I don't know which photo to choose, can you help me?

I dont't have a photo together, can you make the design?

Yes we can! We can use a photo from each member and combine them into a design
